Commercial Roof Coatings
Protect your building with advanced silicone and acrylic coating systems.
Request an EvaluationThe Right Approach
Not every roof can be coated. We document your roof's condition to determine if it's a responsible candidate for a coating system. When qualified, coatings provide excellent waterproofing and energy efficiency.
- Highly reflective surfaces lower cooling costs
- Seamless protection against ponding water (silicone)
- Extends the life of aging membranes
- Can be recoated in the future to maintain protection

What This Work Involves
Silicone, acrylic, and fabric-reinforced coating systems are evaluated based on roof type, moisture conditions, adhesion, existing repairs, drainage, surface preparation, age, and manufacturer requirements.
Coatings are not a universal fix. A roof must be evaluated before a coating system is recommended. Coating is not a substitute for correcting drainage.
Reflective systems may reduce roof heat gain and cooling demand, with results depending on the building and system. Insulation and reflectivity provide different benefits.
