Request an EvaluationThe Right Approach
Metal roofs are durable but often suffer from backed-out screws, open seams, and rust over time. Our metal roof restoration process addresses these specific failure points before applying a protective coating.
- Treat and inhibit existing rust
- Replace missing or backed-out fasteners
- Seal all seams with specialized fabric or mastic
- Apply a highly reflective, energy-saving top coat
Systems & Solutions
- • Exposed Fastener Metal Roofs
- • Standing Seam Metal Roofs
- • Corrugated Metal Panels
What This Work Involves
Exposed-fastener (R-panel / PBR) concerns include loose or backed-out screws, deteriorated sealing washers, failed attachment points, panel end laps, seams, ridge and eave details, penetrations, transitions, and localized corrosion.
Defective fasteners may need proper correction or replacement before compatible waterproofing. Coating a screw head is not the same as correcting its attachment. We distinguish targeted repairs from whole-roof fastener work.
Standing-seam repairs must account for clips, seams, and thermal movement. We avoid blanket repair methods that restrain intended movement.

We evaluate the roof first, then recommend repair, restoration, coating, maintenance, or replacement planning based on actual condition — not a predetermined sale.
