    The Right Approach

Restoration is best when the existing roof qualifies and restoration can extend useful service life with less disruption than full tear-off. We evaluate your roof to ensure the substrate and insulation are sound before recommending any restoration system.

    • Significant cost savings compared to full replacement
    • Less disruption to your daily operations
    • May qualify as a maintenance expense for tax purposes
    • Seamless, fully adhered waterproof membrane

    What This Work Involves

Restoration is more than applying a finish coat. A qualified system includes cleaning and surface preparation, corrosion treatment and primer where specified, necessary fastener repairs, seam and detail repairs or reinforcement, penetration and transition work, and the specified protective coating system.

Coatings do not restore lost structural capacity or automatically fix rust-through, wet insulation, failing attachments, or defective drainage. We follow substrate qualification and current manufacturer requirements, including the appropriate distinction between exposed-fastener and standing-seam details.

Conklin is a supporting manufacturer; East Coast Renewable / Got-Leaks.com is the contractor. We present restoration as a condition-based option, not a mandatory stage every roof must receive.

    Document Your Roof Before Deciding

We evaluate the roof first, then recommend repair, restoration, coating, maintenance, or replacement planning based on actual condition — not a predetermined sale.
