What This Work Involves
Spray Polyurethane Foam provides a seamless waterproof barrier that conforms to the roof shape. SPF requires an intact protective coating and appropriate repair and recoat planning.
Coating does not automatically make wet or deteriorated foam suitable to retain. We evaluate coating condition, exposed foam, impact damage, UV degradation, drainage, prior repair areas, and recoat timing.
Energy benefits depend on the building and system. Insulation and reflectivity provide different benefits; we do not add guaranteed percentages or automatic tax-credit claims.

Document Your Roof Before Deciding
We evaluate the roof first, then recommend repair, restoration, coating, maintenance, or replacement planning based on actual condition — not a predetermined sale.
