Request an EvaluationThe Right Approach
Low-slope commercial roofs require careful attention to seams, flashings, drains, curbs, and membrane condition. We investigate visible leak indicators and roof failure points to help identify the most likely source before recommending a repair.
- Targeted repair for open seams and laps
- Resolution of ponding water and drainage issues
- HVAC curb and pipe penetration repairs
- Membrane puncture and tear patching

What This Work Involves
Low-slope commercial roofs require attention to seams, flashings, drains, curbs, terminations, membrane condition, roof traffic, punctures, and ponding water.
TPO and PVC work uses compatible membrane details and heat-welded repairs where appropriate. EPDM uses its specified compatible repair materials. We do not describe all single-ply systems as repaired identically.
For qualifying roofs, a TPO retrofit over an existing metal roof is an available option: fitted flute-fill insulation between metal ribs, the specified insulation/cover-board assembly, and a new TPO membrane with heat-welded seams.

Document Your Roof Before Deciding
We evaluate the roof first, then recommend repair, restoration, coating, maintenance, or replacement planning based on actual condition — not a predetermined sale.
